Vols Add Three Football Recruits in As Many Days
The Vols hold their football camp this week and so far it seems to be paying dividends in the way of recruiting. Athlete Nyshier Oliver became the latest prospect to commit to the Volunteers joining RB Jarvis Giles and OL Kevin Revis as the newest Vols.
Rivals rates Oliver as a three star prospect and the 38th best Athlete in the nation.
He turned down a slew of schools including Ohio State and Michigan to come to Tennessee.
The real gem of the weekend, however was Giles. He is rated the 2nd best all-purpose running back in the nation and a 4 star player by Rivals.
The Vols dipped into Florida once again to nab this explosive running back away from the Florida powerhouses. FSU, UF, and Miami were all after him, but his heart lay elsewhere.
When it came down to it, Giles said what many recruits say upon meeting the Big Orange players and coaches: "It just felt like family".
